Provide troubleshooting, and onsite and remote support for Information Technology such as servers, storage, desktops, printers, and network equipment for our SiteManager clients.
The Service Delivery Coordinator role encompasses the scheduling, quality assurance, and invoicing/billing of Tier 3 level service needs and project work.
