In 2005, we had an idea for a new company that would provide enterprise IT best practices to small organizations.
Cervisys was born.
We were one of the first Managed Services Providers in Jacksonville dedicated to serving the small business market. Our fixed-monthly cost allowed small organizations to reduce unexpected costs and gain more predictability in their expenses (vs. charging for hourly IT support).
Our calculated bet worked out!
Looking back at the challenges we faced, we wouldn’t trade it. Adversity often produces resilience, and Cervisys has it in spades.

The quality and consistency of the service we provide are constantly measured via customer feedback scores provided to us on the completion of every support ticket raised with us. We are a two-man shop that depends heavily on our IT devices to keep our business moving. Whenever we have issues with our Quickbooks or workstations, we’d give our SiteManager a call and he remotes in and take care of what’s wrong right away, often responding to our requests for support after hours. When we need them to come on-site they are always on time always respecting our schedule. Cervisys is great for small businesses!
